VIA Launches 24x7 Support

VIA is pleased to announce the launch of 24x7 support for all ticket/support levels.

Currently, VIA offers support 8 am until 6 pm Monday to Friday, UK local time, excluding Bank Holidays with 24/7 for P1 cases only.

We are expanding this offer to include all hours of the day and week and public bank holidays for all ticket levels.

We’ve always recognised the requirement to keep our systems operational 24x7x365, however, we also understand, in this fast-paced world that end users also require support at all times. This is why we are extending our support hours, so we are always available to help you when needed.

VIA launched in Australia in 2018, and as a truly global company, we support companies all over the world. 24/7 support was the logical next step to help our customers wherever they were based.

For those organisations wishing to take 24/7 support, the fee structure is simple, 20% of your monthly invoice less call charges, with a minimum of £250 a month. We will be launching this service early January 2019.
