When we started creating VIA UC we quickly realised that in order to deliver a truly great product we needed an online management portal that customers would be happy to use themselves.

We searched high and low for an off the shelf solution but we quickly found that there was nothing out there that gave us the features and experience we were looking for.

So we decided to create our own! We’re pretty pleased with what we’ve built and are sure you will be too. Our modern web based portal gives you complete visual control over the management of your users and your call flows along with giving you full visibility of your system through real time activity reports and billing information.

Manage your team

We’ve made it super simple to manage your team yourself without the need to raise support tickets. Easily create users and assign telephone numbers in minutes rather than hours.

Creating users is straight forward enough however we didn’t want to stop there. VIA Sync uploads changes from your Active Directory into the portal reducing the time and effort required even further.

Manage your call flows

VIA UC offers everything a conventional telephone system does and much more, including IVR’s Ring Groups, Call Routing, Call Queueing and in\out of Hours Call handling. VIA’s automated attendant features effectively manages and directs calls, helping your business present a professional image.

You might think managing all of that would be quite a task, however with our unique visual call flow designer you can see and change every aspect of your system quickly and easily so you can maximise how communications flow through your organisation.
